Specifically addresses issues related to a particular sport using a combination of deep tissue, sports massage therapy, neuromuscular, and IASTM therapies plus stretching and joint movement to enhance performance and recovery.
Slower, deeper pressure techniques to release chronic muscle tension.
Intense therapy concentrating on muscles that spasm and cause pain in another muscle.
Sustained, gentle, manual pressure applied to connective tissue known as fascia. Intent is to find restrictions in the Myofascial tissue, release them, restore movement and decrease pain.
Using firm pressure the instrument is used to glide across the problem area, scraping the tissue to release restrictions. Great massage for sports injury. The client may also be asked to move the affected limb while tissue is scraped to facilitate release and/or increase motion. May be combined with deep tissue massage. IASTM Certified.
Cupping uses suction to release tension in tissue, increase circulation and create space in between tissues. Combine cupping with sports massage for better results.I do not use heat or create bruising.
